LAURIE FERRARI
Principal, CEO

Laurie Ferrari is a staple amongst the Outer Cape community. A year-round resident of Provincetown for more than 25-years, Laurie is connected both personally and professionally to this area that she loves. 

Laurie began her career selling and renting real estate and providing retail management in Newton, MA. Consequently, she started her own property management company for condo associations in Truro which lead her lifelong career for over 25-years. She has built a client base that appreciates her analytic skills, patience, and her ability to personally work with Trustees and home owners.

Her experience in construction and property management along with her familiarity with Provincetown and Truro are assets that make her highly regarded in the construction and property management industries as well as the community.  Laurie maintains a Construction Supervisor and Real Estate Broker license. 

Laurie understands the local landscape and her intention and driving principle is to maintain and enhance her customer’s homes. Her discipline, dedication, and hard work has resulted in a company that offers property management and construction services under one roof.  Laurie’s true passion for her business has enabled her to build long term relationships with skilled trade contractors and vendors.

Laurie is an avid world traveler, lover of nature, walker, golfer and enjoys gourmet cooking (and eating). She also loves spending time with her favorite furry companions, Sophie and Ella.
